Location is great about 5 minutes to jackknife beach. Also a large backyard with games in the shed, and even some puzzles and childrenвЂ™s books. There is a door to the basement, so you donвЂ™t have to worry about stairs, and thereвЂ™s not a lot of stuff a curious toddler can get into. WeвЂ™ve stayed at other rentals and this one was great for those with toddlers.

We did try couple places and restaurants and it sure was wonderful. Laura the host was always fast with answering any question I had, she gave me few tips where to see seals (even it wasn't really season yet) and we did saw them but definitely don't forget your binoculars.ДЄlso in the house is a list places to go, restaurants to eat, emergency contacts. My kids loved it but didn't enjoyed it that much because we were just out almost all the time. Wonderful for families with kids at any age. The house was very clean, well organized and stashed with many supplies and stuff in the kitchen and the other rooms as well. This rental is everything you need to stay during any season. Many places are close during this season but you can find nice places open, just have to search little more. We stayed in early April so we enjoyed beautiful quiet chilly beaches and we had a blast. My family had an amazing time in Cape Cod. No groups made up entirely under the age of 25 are allowed. Four beach chairs and towels provided, along with beach umbrella and beach toys in an easy to carry beach tote. Portable crib, Graco pack-n-play, high chair, and child-friendly dishware all provided. Kitchen has dishwasher stove/oven microwave 4-slice toaster coffee maker abundant cabinet space and is fully equipped for cooking, including everything needed for lobster-fest. Master bath has a full-size step-in shower, and second bath has Jack-n-Jill sinks and full-size bath tub/shower. Two bedrooms have queen beds, third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Perfect for families or just a long getaway weekend. Close to all the best beaches and shopping. Large, private back yard with large deck, gas grill, outdoor games, and easy access to outside shower on deck. Basement also has a finished game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball.
